Each tool applies published rules to the numbers you type in: 2026 tax and social insurance rates, the Opportunity Card points table from the Skilled Immigration Act, and admission requirements taken from DAAD's International Programmes database. They are estimators, close enough to plan with and not a substitute for a Steuerberater, the Ausländerbehörde, or a university's own admissions office.
