Product Manager - Decision Intelligence & Experimentation

Visa. Product, management and business roles usually fall under the general EU Blue Card threshold of €50,700 a year in 2026. Below it, the skilled worker permit is the usual route. You also need a degree that is recognised or comparable in Germany; check yours in anabin before you apply. Step by step: Blue Card application from India.

Sponsorship. The employer's posting mentions visa or relocation support. Confirm what it covers (visa fees, flights, temporary housing) with the recruiter before you accept.

Language. The posting is in English, which usually means the team works in English. German still helps for everything outside the office, from the Ausländerbehörde to your landlord.

Salary. The posting does not state a salary; German employers often discuss it at the first interview, so know your number before then. Check what a gross figure means as take-home pay with the salary calculator. No offer yet? The Opportunity Card lets you come to Germany and search from here.
